Elsa was completely bald and roaming the streets of Romania with her friend Hugo. When rescuers approached her, she walked right up to them and asked for help!

It never stops amazing me how a dog who has been neglected by humans can continue to have such trust. Such a gorgeous beast and how lucky she came to the right foster. Wishing lots of belly rubs treats and snuggles for many more years to come.
